Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Centre is the No.1 Guangdong Province-Multinational Corporation Cooperation Project during the 14th Five-Year Plan, and has been named Key Project of Guangdong Province and Key Project of Guangzhou City for four consecutive years. Located in Huadu District of Guangzhou, the gateway of Guangdong Province in the heart of domestic and international transport networks, Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Centre is well-connected by road, rail, sea and air transport, and covers a site area of approximately 208,000 sqm that provides over 380,000 sqm of gross floor area.

As the Province’s first cold chain trading park to offer all temperature zones, including ultra-low temp deep freeze storage, the project applies automated cold chain logistics and advanced information technology to build state-of-the-art cold storage warehouses of 120,000 tonnes in capacity, and has been awarded First-Grade (Three-Star) Green Warehouse, the highest grade of accreditation for green warehousing in China, by the China Association of Warehousing and Distribution (CAWD).

Located in China (Sichuan) Free Trade Zone in Chengdu Qingbaijiang District, the starting point of China-Europe Railway Express, Yuhu Cold Chain (Chengdu) Trading Centre is well-situated in the Chengdu International Railway Port of National Economic and Technological Development Zones in China and is empowered by unique land-sea transportation advantages with the largest rail container hub in Asia as well as dense road networks in the surrounds, as a key element of the National Backbone Cold Chain Logistics Center Chengdu.It has been awarded First-Grade (Three-Star) Green Warehouse, the highest grade of accreditation for green warehousing in China, by the China Association of Warehousing and Distribution (CAWD).

With a site area of approximately 280,000 sqm that provides over 450,000 sqm of gross floor area and 280,000-tonne top-standard intelligent cold chain facilities, Yuhu Cold Chain (Chengdu) Trading Centre leverages the rich cultural heritage of Chengdu to assume a key role in cross-border supply chain with an international food supply chain base, a smart cold chain logistics industrial park, a digitalized trading platform, and an urban processing and distribution center, and is poised to connect and empower cold chain enterprises in Sichuan and the Western China region with scaled-up trading volume and influence in the global food market.

Located in Wuhan Huangpi District in the heart of China, Yuhu Cold Chain (Wuhan) Trading Centre is ideally situated

adjacent to well-established transportation resources including Tianhe Airport, the largest international aviation hub in central China, and the largest railway marshaling station in Asia. The project covers a site area of approximately 208,000 sqm and a gross floor area of 275,000 sqm, with over 210,000-tonne cold storage capacity in world-class cold chain warehouses. Empowered by Wuhan’s prime location as the national logistics and trade hub, Yuhu Cold Chain (Wuhan) offers integrated cold chain solutions and supply chain services, and pools leading food trade enterprises to form a self-reinforcing ecosystem that contributes to the domestic-international dual circulation of the nation.

Awarded the honor of Key Project of Hubei Province and Key Project of Wuhan City, Yuhu Cold Chain (Wuhan) Trading Centre Project is further listed as a Key Construction Project in Wuhan City’s 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Comprehensive Transportation, and is also named in Wuhan City’s 14th Five-Year Plan for Modern Logistics Development.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Meishan) Trading Centre marks the first urban distribution hub in the Yuhu Cold Chain Greater China strategy. Located in Meishan Tianfu New Area, the "main engine" of the Chengdu Metropolitan Area sub-center, and the "growth pole" of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, with project covers a planned site area of 600 sqm. In connection with Yuhu Cold Chain’s regional centre in Chengdu, Yuhu Cold Chain (Meishan) serves the greater Chengdu Metropolitan Circle as the cold chain industry benchmark in Western China and the pioneer that expands the Southeast Asia-Beibu Gulf-Sichuan Corridor.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Meishan) Trading Centre has been selected as a Key Project of Sichuan Province for two consecutive years,and is also named a Pilot for Large-scale Regional Commodity Distribution Center of Sichuan Province.

Yuhu Cold Chain Jieyang Trading Centre is Yuhu Cold Chain's flagship project in eastern Guangdong. It is another important project in the Greater Bay Area, following Guangzhou. The project will introduce high-quality domestic and international products such as premium meat, seafood, wine, and dairy products. It aims to optimize the cold chain food supply system, create an integrated supply chain platform, promote industrial clustering, boost the local economy and people's wellbeing, and drive Jieyang as a major industrial hub in the coastal economic belt of Guangdong province.

This project is expected to emerge as a major cross-border industrial hub focused on cold chain food supply chains. It will facilitate business activities and collaboration among companies across the supply chain for international and local corporates.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Xiangyang) Trading Centre is in Fanxi Logistics Park, Fancheng District, Xiangyang City. The project has a total construction area of 120,000 square meters. It will jointly build a full-link service system with Yuhu Cold Chain (Wuhan) Trading Centre, to act as critical infrastructure to uplift Xiangyang's logistics and trade capabilities to higher standards. It will be another main project of Yuhu Cold Chain in Central China after settling in Wuhan. This state-of-the-art project aims to be a technologically advanced, eco-friendly, and comprehensively equipped trading and logistics hub. It combines intelligent cold chain facilities with trading, processing, exhibition, and residential components. While our supply chain finance platform would further enhance its service capabilities as an integrated solution for the cold chain industry.

As the first urban hub of Yuhu Cold Chain in the Central China, this project will support the operations of the regional center in Wuhan. It will directly serve the "Xiangzhou-Shiyan-Suizhou-Shennongjia " and "Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi " city clusters, striving to build a regional cold chain logistics hub that connects the "Xiangyang Metropolitan Area" and serves the Southern Xiangyang. The project aims to be a game-changer that turbocharges Xiangyang's growth as well as its logistics ascendancy at the national level.

Yuhu Cold Chain (Changsha) Trading Centre is the seventh project in Yuhu Cold Chain's strategic plan across Greater China. The integrated cold chain trading centre is combined with exhibition, logistics, trade services and commercial operations. It will be another marquee project of food supply chain industry.

The Changsha project will continue the function of the international frozen food trading center, and build an international food trading service platform of "Buying Globally and Selling to Hunan, Buying from Hunan and Selling Globally". It will incorporate additional business strategies like food tasting zones and e-commerce live streaming bases. By establishing this major cold chain trading centre, it can boost Hunan's integration and prominence in international supply chains, propel industrial upgrades, and lead the high-quality development of cold chain supply chains.
